July 17, Windsor, and Henley on Thames

This is Paddinton satation. I like the
composition of design. In England, a lot of sataion has this kind of ceiling design for satation, but each one have different detail. All of them are beautiful. I will put more pictures on line to see what's difference.


Those candies how colorful is. Each one of it have different name, faver, and interesting shape. I think those could be my frist start of my water buttle.





This is Windsor Castle. I think it external just like image of a castle should be like that in my mind. Such as the crown shape's town walls.



This is a marching band. also, it is one of famous thing in Windsor. Every visitors came there want to watch them dress up and music, also take picture for emblem of Royal and England.

This a part of garden which near by castle. I like it design even from top to low. Frist look feel a little bit mass up, but actually it has a lot of detail there. I think walking in the garden will have different feeling and amazement.

this is the side view of Gothic style church. Stay in side can see alot of amazing Gothic detail and stained glass. I tryed to stach them, but they were too beatiful, I didn't doing a good job.

July 16, church and Hyde Park.

My camera is a power consumer, but charger was broken last night, even I have a digital camera but it not available to use now. How can I do? I cannot post pictures on my Blog….. Also, my contacts were broken too, that’s why my eyes feel hurt. Should I keep wear it or wear my glosses?
I went to church today, but that was too hard for me to understand scripture in British accent. Anyway,I give off it.

July 15, London

We went to Portobello where is an antique market sales food and stuff on the stress (it looks like mixing farm market and flea market.) For me there is like mix traditional market, 光華market and night market in Taiwan. I love this kind of market a lot because I like to see how people live in their place/ country, so I think market is a very good place to know more about England. I had so much fun to go round Portobello and enjoy shopping there in very reasonable price. I got some foods and stuff for cook. I plan to go back to there one more time before I leave London.

In England, you can see many signs hang on out side of buildings. Those signages still keep in the old way. such as the tea pot and a little men holds a beer cask. Each shingle is identity a shop. Most of them don't like the way we use light box in US. Howevery, those cute sign make England more older and has some sotry beside it.

This my roommate De Ann, in fornt of a bakery. Because of the reflection, so cannot see well how do them decoration the cute small windows. The way they decorate make cakes more delicious. It seems cakes waving those hand want people to take them home.

This is a shambles. See the window; it still has a lot of curvy lines. This shop looks like has a long history because it seems still keep in old fashion way in inside of store. They use red light to make meats fresher. Also, because need to make people easy to see those meats, the cabinet is made obliquely. Anyway, this is another cute shop.

This is the other cute shop too. Everything sale there has been designed. From the accessory, clothes to kitchen stuff, even a snow shovel. Everything is so colorful and bright. For example, a T-shit has fresh light to show words or a chest make an animal face the handle are eyes and nose. I was wanted to take pictures there, but clerk stops me to do it. This picture is show a little bit window design I took out side of store. It wasn’t clear but still can see a little design of store, such as the graduating lighting design and the butterfly wall painting/ paper.

After shopping these girls were tired and tried to seat on a bench. It seems like De Ann was lose chance to seat on it.

We had a dinner in an Italian restaurant in Charing Cross. The salt and pepper set were so simple just rectangle shape and black and white color but functional.

July 14, Design Museum, London City Hall, and Tate Modern, Leicester Square, in London

On the way to go to the Design Museum. In the rihgt side is London Tower. The same picture, in the middle is the London Bridge.

This is in side of the Design Museum. The wall introduces design of cars. I like the way for present. The car image made by lines that make movement from the left to right and in to next room.

This desing is swesome which wes fresh my mind. It can use in every white materials with projecter and program. For example, dishes, and bedding. People can change design in every season or moon.

we are on the way to go to the Take Moderon. How pretty the ceiling is? It is a out door shoping mall, the pretty ceiling is made my slow down my step.

One thing was very sad, we couldn't take picture in inside of the Tate Modern. there has a lot off good stuffes around, but it only allows to use sketch book with my Picasso drawing to take pictures.


I cannot wait for tonight. We went to wtach the play- Mary Poppins. Even I had hard time to understand British accent, but I like the magic stage sooo much. If I have chance I would like to watch one more play.

July 13, V&A Museum, Science Museum, Natural & History Museum, in London

For the things I learned today were curvy, curvy and curvy; plant, plant and plant. A lot of British used those elements. Also ceiling and windows are so pretty. I saw a lot of things I learned for history class that I kind of got a little bit existed. For example, I really want to seat on those chairs. They are sooo much detail.

From in the V&A museum just got into the front door the sculpture start my curvy trip today. This sculpture is a modern art made by glass but it fits the old building very well.

Those made by iron. One of it, I didn’t check what this is for, that seem like a door or gate. How smooth and pretty are them? Of course, they have curvy and plant shape on it.

In the glass design area, even modern or traditional design where still can see curvy and plant shape.

After above of pictures I took. I was run off batteries today, so I try to sketch, but compare those wonderful things. My sketch just like Picasso…. lllOrz……

July 12, London

I’m in London now. Before I got into the air plant, I didn’t feel I’m on my trip. Now, I seat in my room, and recall of places we went tonight that I start to feel I’m really in London now. Stress, building and view are very different than USA or Taiwan. My eyes tried to find something I know and compare what’s the difference. I wanted to take pictures in everywhere we went, but my camera wasn’t has batteries to do it. Orz……. That’s sooo sad. Wish I can take pictures tomorrow. (I’ll update my blog .)
